Happiness Coaching In Small Groups - NSW

'Happiness can and will be yours once youve attended one of our sessions for groups of eight people or less. These sessions are specifically created to enhance happiness by helping you to clarify your life purpose and direction; think more optimistically; increase your life control; enjoy a sense of calm more often (via applied meditation techniques); improve the quality of your relationships; and appreciate the present moment. Your group session lasts for approximately one hour. During that time you will learn some basic techniques on the specific topic being covered but will also be given some practical exercises and activities so you'll leave with a practical plan that will make a significant difference to your life. Happiness really is achievable for individuals, teams and organisations. It is within your reach as a person and as an employee or employer. Happiness is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced every day. The key is to work out what disciplines, or strategies you need to apply in order to experience more joy and pleasure. Youll find the answer to this question after spending just an hour with one of our expert happiness coaches.'
