Surfing Lesson For Two - QLD
'Regardless of age or fitness level you should always warm up before any physical activity. Your coach starts the lesson with a slow jog along Greenmount Beach and some easy stretches. Shoulders, back and arms will be getting a real workout so limbering up is a must. Your coach will talk through the lesson, encourage you to ask questions and constantly remind you what it's all about, having fun. Your lesson will last for 2 hours and in this time it is expected that even beginners will come away with the memory of that first wave on your own and this will last forever!'
