'This experience is all about escape - with luxury and romance. You'll be staying in the Cooks Retreat which has every conceivable luxury. It overlooks an old English oak and the Blackwood River and is surrounded by five acres of garden. The 3-course dinner on the first night includes a bottle of local wine and a repast worthy for a cook in retreat. The scrumptious breakfast the next day includes home made bread, home made fruit and preserves from the property, cereals, roasted nuts, and even honey cured bacon and eggs if you like. The next night, sit at the 16 seater baronial high table in the barn and be served another grand feast, with local wine, amidst the splendour and beauty of a century old barn. Candle-lit, glorious floral displays, and an 8m long wall of preserved fruits all add to the elegance of the high table with music of your own choosing.'
